Major Charles Leiand Regala's journey exemplifies the essence of leadership, embodying John C. Maxwell's belief in knowing, going, and showing the way. From his humble beginnings at PMA Class 2013 to his roles as Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Company Commander at 82IB 3ID, PA his dedication and hard work garnered him awards, becoming an exemplary figure to his colleagues. His commitment to education and training led to his role as Chief of Operations and Training Section, and Head of the Non-Academic Department, Sustainment Center, TRADOC, PA. Now, as Deputy Director of the Combat Fitness and Wellness Development Center, Major Regala continues to contribute significantly to the physical well-being of Army Personnel, illustrating the importance of leading by example.
