My heart is broken for Uvalde, TX. At least 21 people have died from this mass shooting, many of which were children the same age as my babies. It's too much.
There will be no stream today. I will be reading their stories, learning their names, and hugging my children tight.

Off stream I have been consumed by Pokemon Arceus. I was never a big Pokemon person but I cannot put this game down. I haven't been this hooked on a game since ACNH.

An Open Letter to The Sims
The Sims, I have been playing the Sims since Sims Bustin' Out on my Playstation 2. I see the small moves that The Sims is making to make this LIFE SIMULATOR GAME more inclusive...but there is one group of people that you have been glossing over for years. The fat community. For years now, I've ignored the fact that there were no bodies in this game that looked like mine. I've ignored the fact that there are no bodies in this game that look like MANY people I know and love. Many people that I look up to. But now that it is 2021 and I see you making SMALL steps to be more inclusive yet continue to leave me out, I'm just mad. I'm mad that my favorite game, a game that has SO much space for creativity still has no space for me. A fat simmer. I have bought every. single. Sims 4 DLC. Every single one of them. 99% of my online content is focused on The Sims 4 but I still cannot create a Sim that looks like me. To top if off, I went onto your social media accounts and I scrolled. and scrolled. and scrolled. You have no posts, campaigns, posters, anything with a fat sim in it. If I missed it, please tag me in it because I want to see. I want to see how you view the fat community. The only perspective I have right now is my own, and to me it looks like the creators of this video game are fat phobic and I can't unsee it. Please, give me your perspective The Sims. I am listening.
