Behind the scenes, from last night's shoot .studios, performing my Spoken Word piece, "The Me In My Mind". Now, I am not ready to step out onto a stage but this was and is a huge leap for me, but I am so proud of my poem and the words that just flowed out onto paper. Now, the worst part the hours I most endure looking at myself as I edit the video.

So powerful and true! I’m trying to teach my kids and myself to live with these words. If motherhood has taught me anything is to expect the unexpected and learn from your mistakes. As I step out from behind the camera, 🎥 I’ll be sharing my story precisely about this.

I love it when I get to surprise others with my vision. I was asked if I needed more light, for this segment, from Heritage Fest 2021, but one look, at the monitor, showed the moody & sexy look I was going for. Thank you to dancers, Terrance Pride, Alexander Campbell and for allowing me to work on this.

In my day to day, I wear many hats. I am a mom, producer and coming soon artist. Stay tuned for more details on that! I have been focused on sharing the stories of the incredible people I get to work with, and they have all impacted my life, and my hope is that they will impact you too. Looking at this photo you would never know that I am sweating & hating being in front of the camera, but did such an amazing job. I am much more comfortable being behind the scenes.

It's been over a year that I created this this logo series, with the desire to share more of my work 🎥 with the world 🌎, but fear and imposter syndrome paralyzed me from doing so. Although I never stopped creating, the time has finally come to step out of my comfort zone, and into that place where the magic ✨ happens.
