What would you change if you could go back in time?

I was asked this by E.Sierra Media in his podcast. Which made me think...

While we experience many uncomfortable and sad things in life, I’d never change any of my experiences because otherwise I wouldn’t be the person writing this right now. Nothing is more valuable than growing through good and bad times and sharing what you’ve learned with others.

What tops everything so far? The people I’ve met along the way. Feeling very grateful as I release another episode, this time with Brazilian singer (pic 2). While we talk about a really important subject - showing strength as artists through being vulnerable - I was laughing and enjoying every moment of the editing process.

You’ll find out why soon 😁 Taking it one step further and bringing you a video too. In the meantime I’ve another long journey ahead (of the driving kind) ✌️

Living in the moment? What does that actually mean? 🎙 While editing next week's episode with Jeff Seckendorf (a filmmaker turned scuba diver and avid traveller), it suddenly dawned on me:
👉 When we travel, we're forced to live in the moment, and
👉 Because we live in the moment, we notice all the unique things around us...
👉 Even more so because we aren't following a usual routine (which dumbs down our senses).

I know today is French Friday 🇫🇷 I made a French reel for IG that captures all of this... but couldn't save a copy. Either way, look at this stunning beach and remember 'vive dans le présent et bon-week-end'. (You will see the video some time in the future no doubt 😀).
