Capital High School Cheerleaders Regional Competition
DUBVSN micro documentary series continues with the final installment of the Capital High School Cheerleaders cheer competition series. During the regional competition last month, the Capital High School Cheerleaders gave us a glimpse on how they warm up and prepare for the competition. They describe what they look forward to while competing, and the bond they share with each other.

DUBVSN micro documentary series continues with the inaugural practice for the 13/14U West Virginia travel football team the 304 Road Runnerz. With the combination of boys from the Charleston area and Bluefield, the 304 Road Runners are determined to show the country that the boys from WV are a force to be reckoned with.
Capital High School Cheerleaders MSAC Competition
DUBVSN micro documentary series continues with the Capital High School Cheerleaders. We go behind the scenes as the cheerleaders prepare for the MSAC competition. Head Coach Kristie Kinney and cheer moms discuss the competition, preparations, and challenges leading up to the day of the competition. The Capital High School Cheerleaders will compete again in the regional competition this Saturday at Riverside High School for a chance to advance to the state competition.

The cheer competition will be held this Saturday at Hurricane High School. Doors open at 2:30. The Capital High Cheerleaders encourage all Cougar family and supporters to come out and cheer them on this weekend.

We talk to players, former and current, and coaches as they describe the game of volleyball, the positions they play on the court, and their love and passion for the game. DUBVSN would like to thank all players, coaches, and parents for hosting this event and for allowing DUBVSN to capture these moments.
DUBVSN would proudly like to announce its first of many micro documentaries titled “Cougar Pride At Capital High.” DUBVSN was in attendance for Capital High School’s homecoming this past Friday. We talked to students (current and former), parents, faculty, and members of the community as they show their love and support for their Capital High School Cougars.
When DUBVSN was created, one of the main goals that we had in mind is that we wanted to bring something different to the area. Yes, recapping games and posting photos and boxscores is something that is a vital part of DUBVSN, but a key component of DUBVSN is storytelling. Be on the look out for more micro documentaries to be releasing in the near future. Our goal is to eventually release two to three a week. Thank you for your continued support. Stay tuned.
