sorry i havent been live latley just quick update ive spent the last 3 days in hospital for blood clots in my acl knee that has traveled to my lungs i just got out of hospital the evening of the 1st but still feel like s**t and might end up back in hospital its just been so hit and miss so please keep me in your prayers along with my family cause it sure has not been easy on any of them love you all
