To further my point. Even on the protective order there is no identifying information besides his birthdate! It’s speculation at this point! Unless you checked the persons ID when they got out it’s a he said she said crap! You cannot positively ID someone from footage unless there are distinguishing features. Like tattoos, scars, etc. not a popular jacket that everybody and their brother wears. Mfs had days to issue a search and arrest warrant. I even said he was no where near me! Nothing was violated! And witnesses can back that story to that you failed to question! Bull crap charges and you know it!

One of Vernal Victims Advocate, I just found out apparently attended the court hearing and was one of the so called witnesses. But failed to mention any identifying features and sent an innocent man to jail for no reason. Wait so you had a suspicion? You had cops come to my door and ask me why i was asking for a protective order!? Trying to make me look bad!!! I called you numerous times before the 3rd incident to help get a protective order in place! No phone calls back. And the day my kids were removed you still couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone. I had to go in just to have somebody help me!!!! You people just can’t get enough pinning me up against my husband can you?

Vernal PD just got word they arrested my husband under false allegations of violating a protective order! The camera footage that they supposedly have of him getting out of my car on the day of the protective order hearing is called racial profiling at its finest!!! They could not tell me if the person getting out of my car had any tattoos or identifying features besides a jacket!!! My husband was dropped off by another person and the person getting out of my car was one of his family members. Clothes don’t mean s**t!! It’s a small community that dress similar especially if they are into riding motorcycles! I have witnesses to back the story. But of course they didn’t question them huh? Racial profiling is illegal!!!!!!

Let’s do a positive photo dump here. When Jordan dropped so much money on Khals birthday party just so she Would have the most magical day of her life! Or when he took us to go get supplies for her swimsuit contest and khal ended taking 1st place in her age division! Or when she was feeling under the weather so he went out and bought her own tiny pool so she could still have fun in the water and enjoy her summer while staying home till she felt better. He was so excited when we found out we were pregnant with a girl! And even more when our son came along. He has been the most loving,caring and supportive dad. He is truly amazing!

The follow up message after i explained my medical diagnosis. DCFS is known to play these little head games where they like to phrase different sentences in a way that fits their motive of proving a parent is mentally unstable or physically unfit. Always specify what it is that you are communicating. Always record phone calls and conversations you have with them in person.
Get records of everything they have and document any medical records they have if they take your child to a wellness check up. I will never understand how a department and court system can rip families apart based on accusations that are not provable. There needs to be a change. This is heartbreaking. I never want an innocent family to go through this situation. This is why victims stay victims. This is why nobody will seek out help or speak out because of the lack of understanding and judgment that follows with the system. God forbid you should be human! God forbid life just gets messy and hard.. love wins all. I’m a firm believer in love and understanding.

What my daughter looked like when i went with the caseworker and her to the dentist. Her eyes were puffy and swollen. Her nose had been running and nobody wiped it for her so it crusted onto her face. There was food in her hair and ears. I’m livid!!!!

Those of you that know us personally my husband Jordan was involved in a serious Motorcycle accident a little over a year ago now. He suffered a severe TBI, inner brain bleeding, bleeding in the lung 6 broken ribs, fractured facial features and severe road rash that is still visible till this day. He was given a 6% chance of living. 4% coming back normal after suffering that major of brain injury. My husband has suffered and lost a lot over this passed year. He relapsed from all the stresses over the past year and became a little un hinged for the past two months. But is still working at bettering himself. I know for a fact this man loves his family. The reason I am posting this because I’ve known Jordan for a long time. This man doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. He just needs a bit of guidance getting through some of the stuff he has been put through. DCFS has removed our kids from our custody. They had a verbal plan in place which we adhered to. Jordan was not to be left alone with the kids until the charges were handled. We agreed. The 2nd incident happened and Jordan removed himself but cops were called. No charges were filed and no arrest warrant was issued like they said they would. DCFS was notified of the address i was staying at and i also called victims advocate to get a protective order put in place. nobody called me back. Weeks went by with no word from DCFS to Jordan or I. The 3rd incident happened and DCFS showed up. They were going to do a written safety plan with me to ensure safety of the kids but instead within the same hour of being in my home removed both my babies from my custody. I asked on what grounds. They said failure to protect my kids. Keep in mind jordan was in custody, there had been a no contact order in place. So the threat was not there and wasn’t going to be there. I asked to see a warrant and was denied by law enforcement officers. As i tried to keep hold of my baby boy (barely a month old) the officer threatened to place me under arrest for not complying. They removed the kids at 1pm October 18, 2022. The warrant that i had requested to see was signed by Judge Jeffrey Ross at 2:45pm October 18, 2022. That same afternoon after my kids were taken btw. It was then delivered to me at 5:17pm by same DCFS worker that was present for the removal of the kids. I did a drug test for DCFS. Passed. I also still do therapy and med management. As does my husband. I filed for a protective order and changed the locks. We go to court and DCFS said we had violated the verbal safety plan stating we could not go to the tribe for help and that we did. That we avoided and evaded DCFS which we did not. They are targeting my husband. my husband has been removed from the home and has not returned. But yet i have cops showing up at my door with out landish lies saying he broke the protective order. I have witnesses to back me and him on that as well. Dcfs will not call the tribe back. They are now saying i neglected my newborn because their doctors say he is “underweight” which is a flat out lie. I will be posting all the conversations i had between DCFS and myself and any other evidence. I want to spread awareness. So nobody else goes through this. I want my babies home where they belong!!!
