Big moves today! (Haha literally)

God’s hand has been on this whole process and we’ve been very blessed and fortunate to be able to do this!

The 8 week Summer TransPHORMation challenge has come to an end.

I started my journey back in 2021 and felt good with where I was. (Last picture) I was 280lbs and never wanted to admit my weight was a problem.

I dropped weight and was starting to feel good about where i was. But I started getting complacent with my physical self. Telling myself I’m no where near where I was..

challenged the whole company to push hard in the challenge… And that’s what I did.

I didn’t do it for anything except for myself. I needed to be better. So I followed the plan laid out and stayed disciplined.

It’s not flashy and it wasn’t easy but it’s so worth it!

I’m lightest I’ve ever been at 205lbs. I feel great, I’m confident in how I look, and I know that mentally I can accomplish anything I set my mind to.

I’m nowhere near done but I am proud of where I’ve come.

Had a great time in florida for the 2023 Off-Shore Classic!

Huge shoutout to and for taking care of us!

Had a great time hanging out with a bunch of good people. It was peaceful out there. No cellphone service and no land in sight. (Except for a sweet tree-line in the morning 😉)

Patriot: a person who vigorously supports their country and is prepared to defend it against enemies or detractors.

Not a racist, not a terrorist, or any of the other labels it’s been giving nowadays.

I’m proud of my country and the freedom I have been born with. And I will protect my freedoms and what believe at all costs.

Today is a great day to reflect and thank God for freedoms.
