You can tell that I'm a little nervous, but after a while the words start to flow! I think this is a new segment on Code Miko's stream not sure when it will come back or if I can try again! But I got up there and gave my all, I even got a little more than 30 seconds.

I'm asking for your help. Not sure if you noticed but I've been running a live stream for a little while, and I've been keeping a schedule this year live on Thursdays at 11 a.m. eastern and I just added a Saturday time at 8 p.m. I am fully committed to this channel that I am making and the path it is leading me on. It has taken me some time to accept this fact, But I know that in order to succeed I have got to be ALL in.

So what I'm asking is if you'd be willing to offer your support and there is a range of ways to do it. One of the purposes of listing characteristics of white supremacy culture is to point out how organizations which unconsciously use these characteristics as their norms and standards make it difficult, if not impossible, to open the door to other cultural norms and standards. As a result, many of our organizations, while saying we want to be multicultural, really only allow other people and cultures to come in if they adapt or conform to already existing cultural norms. Being able to identify and name the cultural norms and standards you want is a first step to making room for a truly multi-cultural organization.

Hideki naganuma is the brains behind the music and appears to be keeping the spirit quite alive!
