We have to have mad respect for the original Lou Ferrigno, and every version was good in their own way, the only 'gripe' I can think of is, the 2008 Hulk didn't really resemble the Bruce Banner actor in any clear way. Mad props to the modern Hulk who is a spot-on mo-cap of Mark Ruffalo. Which was your favorite?

'The Flash' is essentially 'Back to the Future Part II' doing an elaborate and expensive Flash cosplay, or vice versa. The first half is essentially an unsuccessful Ezra Miller Oscar campaign reel. The second is a mcguffin chase that finally gives us Michael Keaton's Batman in glorious science-fantasy James Bond mode. Speaking of Keaton, he slides back into the cape and cowl as though it never had to be brought down from the rafters. Overall, it's a flawed film that ultimately manages to find it's footing somewhere during the 2nd act, at which point it finally springs to gloriously hokey life.

'Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse' is visual dynamism personified. It's graphic pallette evolves from one frame to the next, devouring every imaginable artistic medium to create an ever evolving onscreen collage. That it also manages to maintain a comprehensible narrative and compelling characters along the way makes it all the more impressive. The best theatrically released Spidey flicks of all time are the animated ones, hands down.

Holy Cow that’s a lot of history!

To celebrate the , we’re highlighting the different mainstream Robins within Batman’s 84 year history. The first is Dick Grayson, whose birthday many times in DC comics has been established as the 1st day of Spring.

Created by Bob Kane, Bill Finger and Jerry Robinson and debuting in Detective Comics #38 on March 6, 1940, Dick Grayson became Batman’s first sidekick, Robin the Boy Wonder. Having a similar tragic backstory to the Caped Crusader's, when the young acrobat watched the death of his parents, he was adopted and trained by Bruce Wayne to become his new sidekick. The introduction of Robin's bright and optimistic appeal to young readers balanced with the Batman's brooding vigilantism, making the Dynamic Duo an overnight sensation in 'Batman', 'Detective Comics' and other DC publications and media for the next 40 years.

Once Marv Wolfman and George Pérez reinvented the young team of the Teen Titans in the 1980s, Dick Grayson adopted a more mature persona of Nightwing, debuting in 1984’s Tales of the Teen Titans #44. Although for a brief period after the events of the 'Knightfall' saga he took up the Batman mantle (Batman: Prodigal, Robin #0, 1994), he was given his own ongoing Nightwing series in 1996. Lasting for over a decade, the book told his adventures as the protector of Gotham's neighboring city Blüdhaven, illustrating more of an independence in his crime fighting persona. In 2009, after 'Batman: R.I.P' and the apparent death of Bruce in Grant Morrison's 'Final Crisis', the status quo was jolted and it was decided in Tony S. Daniel's 'Battle for the Cowl', Grayson would take Batman's place once again and return to Gotham City, fighting alongside the new Robin, Damian Wayne. Grayson would don the cape and cowl until 2011's The New 52 reboot where he resumed his Nightwing identity.

After his secret identity was revealed to the world, Grayson took on a whole new role as a spy in Tim Seeley's "Grayson" series in 2014 and after the conclusion of that series, returned as Nightwing in DC Rebirth and has taken up other personas in different DC Universe tales. Represented over the last 80+ years on film, television and video games as the Boy Wonder, no matter the persona Dick Grayson will continue to be a fan favorite part of the Dark Knight’s mythos.✌🏽❤️💛💚🦇🌺
