It's always nice to play some music after a long day of hiking with nature. It's like a little tribute I do to show my appreciation to mother nature. Yes, the unexpected gust of wind and light drizzle of rain does make it harder to produce the right notes at some points (especially the 2nd octave Ds, Es and Gs) hahaha but i guess at the end of the day what matters most is how you felt through it all. As for me, that moment wonderfully warmed my heart. This song is from a game i used to play so much and still love so much. I hope you all will like it too. Yes it's hard to let your vocals flow when you have so much going on (well whose idea was this huh? 😂) mic on one hand, piano on the other, and you have to think of the lyrics and chords and also metronome your own beat inside you so yeah it's fun.

Garlic Chili Oil Madness
1.
Using a heat-resistant bowl, mix in these dry ingredients:
☑️1/6 cup korean pepper flakes
☑️2 tsp dried chili flakes
☑️1/2 tsp salt
☑️1/2 tsp brown sugar
☑️1 tsp vinegar

Chop/mince these [or use food processor or chopper]
☑️1/3 cup garlic
☑️1/3 cup fresh mini chili [katumbaaaal]
☑️1 red long pepper
☑️1 tbs ginger

In a saucepan heat
☑️1 1/3 cup oil [i used canola]
Turn the heat level to low
Add in these aromatics:
☑️10 peppercorns
☑️2 pcs star of anise
☑️3 pcs laurel leaves
Cook for 2 mins then remove them from oil
Add garlic and cook for 1 min
Add the rest of the ingredients from no. 2
Cook for 4 mins mixing from time to time
Turn the heat level to medium low
Cook for another 7 mins
Remove saucepan from heat
Pour heated oil mixture directly to the dry ingredients while mixing a little
Let it cool (3-5 mins)
That's all
P.s. don't trust everything here. some cooking time may vary too so go ahead and freestyle
