"Tatanggapin ko ang kopa ng kaligtasan at sasambitin ang pangalan ng panginoon."

Gospel:

Homily:
Kung may kaaway ka, at alam mong si Kristo ay sumasaiyo, hindi ka dapat matakot.

Sa tuwing tumatanggap ng Komunyon, nananahan sa iyo si Kristo.

Right attitude bago magtanggap ng Komunyon.

1) FAITH
Kailangan meron kang tamang pananampalataya na ang presensya ng panginoon ay nandoon.

2) APPRECIATION
Kailangan ma appreciate mo ang effort ni Kristo sa iyo. He died on the cross to save us.

3) REPENT
Mangumpisal muna bago tumanggap Komunyon.

4) PARTICIPATE

5) GRATEFUL
Lumuhod at magpasalamat sapagkat nakatanggap ka ng Komunyon.

6) DISCIPLESHIP
Akayin ang myembro ng pamilya o kaibigan na magsimba at tumanggap ng komunyon.

Gospel:
Ang mabuting pastol ay naghahain ng kanyang buhay para sa kanyang tupa.

John 10:11-18

Ikaw ba ay taong may malasakit?
Meron ka ba talagang genuine malasakit?

Ang mabuting pastol ay may genuine na malasakit.

Inalay ni Pagkabuhay ang buhay nya para sa lahat.

Hinayaan nya ang sarili nya magsuffer para sa ating kaligtasan.

Hindi lang para sa ating pang lupang katawan pati para sa ating kaluluwa.

Bilang mga tupa o alagad ni Kristo, dapat mag pastol din tayo sa isa't-isa.

May resposibility tayo sa bawat isa.

Tips paano maeexpress ang genuine na malasakit?

1) Ipakita mo na meron kang interest sa buhay ng kasama mo. Kamustahin mo sila. Pakinggan mo sila.

2) Dapat makiisa ka sa kanila. Damayan mo sila kung may problema sila.

3) Tulungan mo silang maabot nila ang kanilang mithiin.

4) Sinisikap natin palabasin ang best ng bawat isa. Suportahan kung ano ang hilig nya.

Be someone inspiration not desparation.

5) Dapat maasahan ka nila sa oras na kailangan ka nila.

Di ka dapat matakot dahil alam mong si Kristo maaasahan mo.

6) Kung alam mong makakatulong ka sa problema ng kapwa mo, tulungan mo. Huwag mo ipagkait ang tulong na magagawa mo.

7) Huwag kang humusga agad.Kung ano mang problema sa buhay, inuunawa yan. Hindi agad hinuhusgahan.

8 ) Igalang ang karapatan ng iyong mga tupa.Wag pakielaman ang privacy. Dapat ang nakikielam ng privacy mo ang Diyos at ikaw.

Be a good listener. Pakinggan mo ang problema ng iba.

Makitid ka ba O Malawak?

Ang makitid ayaw ng pagbabago. Ayaw magbago.
Ang malawak winiwelcome ang pagbabago.
Dapat every now and then, willing ka magchange.
Ang mga makitid, judgemental. Parating nanghuhusga.
Ang paghuhusga nila, negative. Sisiraan ka.
Ang taong malawak ang pang-unawa, hindi yan nanghuhusga agad. Nag-iisip kung papatulan o hindi.
Yung mga makitid, mahilig manlaglag.
Ang malawak na pang-unawa, maganda ang hangarin.
Ang mga makitid, pumapanig agad.
Ang mga malawak, nag-iisip yan bago pumanig.
Ang mga makitid, hindi tumatanggap ng opinyon ng iba.
Ang malawak ang pang unawa ay nakikinig sa lahat ng opinyon.

There are times na makitid tayo.
Kung parati makitid ang pag-uugali natin, lagi may away. Magulo ang buhay.

Tips paano lumawak ang pang unawa:

1) Be open.
Buksan ang pag-iisip at ang puso.

2) Iwasan magalit agad.
Kahit ang sitwasyon ay kagalit-galit.

3) Iwasan ang haka-haka.
In english, Assume. Kung hahtiin, ASS-U-ME.
Making an ASS of U and ME.

4) Huwag mahihiya mag tanong. Kung ano ba ang totoo.

5) Umunawa.
Kung ano man ang sitwaayon, umunawa ka muna bago ka magreact.

6) Manalig ka sa Diyos.
Wag mo limitahan ang pag-iisip mo tungkol sa Diyos.

Masaya nating ipaghanda ang pagdating ng manunubos tagapagligtas natin. Tuwirin mga landas mga alitan ay tapusin, sapagkat si Kristo’y darating.

Simula pa man ‘nong unang una ng ang tao’y nalugmok sa sala. Pinangakong ang Birhen ay maglilihi, ang Sanggol n’ya ay Emmanuel.

Purihin ang Panginoon, na sa atin ay ihahayag. Ang dulot N’yang kaligtasan, sa sanlibutan.

Almighty God, with Whom mercy is endless. Look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, especially to those who are in need. Give us a merciful heart for others. Make us Your instrument: to feed the hungry, to give drink to the thirsty, to clothed the naked, to give shelter to the homeless, and to visit the sick and in prison. Help us to forgive others as You forgive us. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Prayer for Deliverance from Typhoons & Calamities

Almighty Father,

We raise our hearts to You in gratitude, for the wonders of creation of which we are part, for Your providence in sustaining us in our needs, and for Your wisdom that guides the course of the universe.

We acknowledge our sins against You and the rest of Your creation. We have not been good stewards of nature. We have confused Your command to subdue the earth. The environment is made to suffer our wrongdoing, and now we reap the harvest of our abuse and indifference.

Global warning is upon us. Typhoons, floods, volcanic eruption, and other natural calamities occur in the increasing number and intensity.

We turn to you, our loving Father, and beg forgiveness for our sins.

We ask that we, our loved ones and our hard earned possessions be spared from the threat of calamities, natural and man-made.

We beseech You to inspire us all to grow into responsible stewards of Your creation, and generous neighbors to those in need.

Amen.
