Oh, I wish they're going to be better readers each day as they keep on practicing what I have taught them! Consistency and guidance are the keys (you can actually add more hihi... ☺️).
The tasks left to the parents are not that hard anymore if they will make sure their young ones are always well-guided throughout their learning journey, considering also the tips and advices I have given, I can say they are on the right track. I hope I have helped these children to the best of my abilities and capacities. May they acquire fully and continually the habit of READING just like the formed good study habits I tested and inculcated in them while on my care and management. 👍🙏😊♥️

Bakit pumapasok sa Tutorial Center ang bata?
Maliban sa may matutunan sila, mas maganda din po na matuto silang makisama at makisalamuha sa kaedad nila.
Iba din 'pag may tutor na handang tumulong sa kahinaan ng bata. Pwede rin i-advance ang alam na ng bata.
Sa panahong ito ng "digital age", mas maiigi na napaghahandaan na natin ang magiging "future" ng anak natin...
At syempre, sa ganitong "motivation" pa lang, gaganahan na sila pumasok lalo na at iba-ibang "action song" ang naririnig at natutunan nila.
On our 4th meeting, this tutee seemed to be more interested in reading CVC words with confidence, knowing that he has learned already the basic sounds of the English alphabet during the past 3 days review (sort of a refresher from a kinder lessons).
The new reading tasks were just given on that same day in which he read it once with my guidance and to my surprise, he was able to read it almost perfectly on his second try.
With reading, the tutor must inculcate to the tutee how important it is to learn the letter sounds first before anything. It's really a serious thing to have given them enough time to recognize/learn the phonics and the technique so that he/she will eventually initiate and learn to read easily even if the English language is a bit confusing to learn at an early age.
Anyway, we just have to keep going...

First time meeting with each other but we've had a great time doing spelling task. Let's try to understand that we can't do magic during first meetings. Well maybe, what happened was there
is what we call establishing a connection with the student/s who was hesitant at first and unnoticeably, applying the concept of ZPD was able to be shown there to be able to meet the desired or expected output. I just thought, that was a good job.☺️
