I want to grow as a better person. I know sometimes I make mistakes and make wrong decisions, but I want to learn from it. I am not a perfect person, and I am still learning. Someday, I want to make myself proud. I know sometimes I disappoint people. Sometimes I hurt them in any ways, but I am always willing to admit my mistakes and learn.
In bettering myself, I know I need to forgive myself for everything that once tore me apart. I want to forgive myself for not loving myself for a long time. I want to forgive myself for blaming myself for the things that hurt me in the past. I want to forgive myself for not appreciating what I have. I want to forgive myself for believing that I wasn't enough. I want to forgive myself for not knowing what I deserve. And I want to forgive myself for not knowing that I am worthy.
I promise that I will learn to love myself more. I will start appreciating myself and prioritize self-care. I will take care of my mental health and help myself to grow as a wise and strong person. Someday, I hope the future me is proud of the person that I will become. And someday, after everything that I've been through, I hope to see the best version of myself.
