*_According to his affidavit, Govind Gaude’s income rises by 5300%_*

In the assets details submitted through the affidavit submitted by him, the value of the assets of Govind Gaude is pegged at Rs 34,08,598 against 62,800 declared in 2015-2016.

There is a significant 5300% jump in the personal income of Govind Gaude after becoming the MLA.

As per the sources Govind Gaude had allegedly invested the proceeds of the crime to acquire various immovable properties and deposits with a bank in the name of his family members, so as to project them as untainted.

He has also attempted to disguise the acquisition of properties untainted by claiming the income from the business and operation of companies.

*Apart from this, there are several incidents where he was found doing illegal/criminal activities:*

*1 charges related to Mischief by destroying or moving, etc., a land- mark fixed by public authority Mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to cause damage*

*1 charges related to Voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty*

*1 charges related to Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means*

*2 charges related to Punishment for Being member of an unlawful assembly*

*2 charges related to Punishment for wrongful restraint*

*2 charges related to Every member of unlawful assembly guilty of offence committed in prosecution of common object*

*1 charges related to Punishment for Rioting*

*1 charges related to Rioting, armed with deadly weapon*

*1 charges related to Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant*

*1 charges related to Punishment for house-trespass*

*1 charges related to Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace*

He has been a habitual offender and is accused of several offences under the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act, for crimes related to attempt to murder, criminal conspiracy, cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property, forgery and use of arms and ammunition.

There are several BJP leaders at present with humongous monetary asset.

This is injustice to the people of Goa, it is believable that the MLA’s are filling their pockets with the money from the central government meant for the development in the people’s interest.

How within a few years they have made so much?
