I had BIG goals for my biz this weekend. Unfortunately, I haven't felt well the last two days & made the decision to listen to my body & rest. In the past, I would've been upset with myself for not pushing through & working anyways but this time I gave myself grace. My biz will still be there tomorrow & I will be more present & productive in my work when I feel better.

So much truth to this statement! Since I started writing down 3 things I am grateful for during my morning mindset routine, it has completely changed my attitude and outlook for my day. I am learning that starting my day with gratitude and mindset work can make all the difference in how my day goes. Thankful to be a part of a business that is teaching me healthy habits!!
