4️⃣ Do something just for YOU. Book the trip. Buy the shoes. Eat the cake. Stop waiting for the “perfect time” to take care of yourself.
The world might feel heavy right now, but you are stronger than the weight of it all. Take it one day, one step, one deep breath at a time. You’ll get through this, and so will I.
