🎥 close your eyes and imagine this:

No one is watching what you’re doing except the people that need it and love it. No one is allowed to think negative thoughts about you, judge you, write or say rude things. It is just you and the people that want you to succeed.

Now open your eyes and imagine the things you would do if that was the reality❤️

Now…do them! Because as long as you aren’t hurting yourself or others, you simply can’t care what other people think about you because - spoiler alert - they don’t really think about you 😉

🎥Here are a few of my recent DMs…💰❤️

These amazing trainers aren’t JUST doing videos to make more $$ and business — they also have great skills, word of mouth, results, maybe paid ads, workshops, flyers, partnerships with local businesses, whatever — but the videos make it so easy for their potential clients to make the decision to hire them from the comfort of their own home.

If you want to grow your business, put your face on video and teach, inspire, educate, show what you do, talk about what you do, and let people become familiar and comfortable with you before even meeting you.

I know it’s hard, it can be uncomfortable, and time consuming and stressful and all the things, but just on the other side of videos is everything you want. ❤️❤️

🎥So many people are in a creative rut right now, which I think just means it’s time to level up 🏆 start with simple ideas and get your creative engine started again! Remember, every video you make should lead you one step closer to your goals, so if you aren’t feeling excited about making videos, check in with your goals. I want you to be excited for the future, and I want you to remember you can do way bigger things than you’re telling yourself — you just need to get out of your head, get it down on paper, and take little action steps to move forward ❤️

🎥I have had this conversation with clients before, and it usually starts with “what do you mean? I love everyone else’s videos, I’m just really hard on myself” but then it eventually evolves into “okay wow I am critical and judgmental and I didn’t even know it” 😂

No shame, just check in on your inner dialogue when you see someone else post something that isn’t “perfect”, and remember you are having the same level of judgment, and probably way worse, on yourself.

I want us to create a community where everyone feels supported when we put our faces on camera🥰 The more you support and lift up others, the more you will extend that kindness and acceptance to yourself. It’s just the only way ❤️
