The Law Says It All;
'Article 72 of The Constitution Of Zambia Is Clear'
The person who creates a vacancy in parliament must not stand.
The ECZ or LAZ cannot guide the constitution, they are instead both guided by the constitution.
The court didn't create the vacancy, the people who misconducted themselves created the vacancies.
Those trying to blame the ECZ or involving the government are unreasonable.
People had become too arrogant to know when they were wrong. Lawlessness became part of them so much that arguing with the law or breaching code of conduct was in their DNA that is why they went to re-contest even they knew it was in accordance to the law.
Thanks be to the Zambians for bringing a government that upholds the rule of law. August 2021 marked the end of lawlessness, those who can't see or appreciate law and order are not just responsible people.

Reasons Why People Are Promiscuous Or Fail To Get Married:
There was a beautiful girl in a village admired by four men:
1. Singer,
2. Hunter,
3. Doctor, and
4. Fisherman.
One day, she went to wash her clothes by the river coincidentally the four men where there watching her, all of a sudden a crocodile bit her and dragged her into the water.
The singer composed a beautiful song, the crocodile raised its head above the water to listen to the song, the hunter shot it, and it was dead. The girl floated on the water. The fisherman dived in and
brought her out to the shore then, the Doctor treated her and she was well again.
Now who deserves to marry the
girl among the four men?

BODY IN A SACK EXPLAINED
By Helga Chibwe
A 58 year old man of Nyanga Village in Siavonga District has been killed by a crocodile on the Lower Zambezi River leaving a severed body.
District UPND Chairperson Chequvera Ng’andu has told Diamond News that the deceased, named Kennedy Sikopa, who was a local party official, was attacked by the reptile on Monday March 21, 2022 and some parts of his body were only discovered on Thursday in a decomposed state.
Mr. N’gandu says due to the poor state of Sikopa’s remains his family immediately opted to use a sack to bury.
The UPND’s comment in this matter arises from debate on social media where the party is accused of alleged neglect of its member who should have been accorded what some people term as a dignified burial in a coffin and not a sack.
The latest death from Siavonga District is among various people that have lost their lives to crocodiles in the spate of human-animal conflict on the Zambezi River and Lake Kariba.

21st Century Is For Knowledgeable Leaders
21st Century Must Change Politics:
It is sad to be found in a generation where high schools, colleges, and universities are accessible but people still hold on to primitivity. Politics of debating ideas and picking the best ones must be embraced in the 21st century if a country is to develop in all areas.
If for some reasons, electorates have not really had access to education probably due to financial challenges and because of bad economic policies or poor system of education, at least individuals or politicians vying for leadership must have certain qualifications or genuine favourable levels of education to ensure that when they are put in offices, insanity in the country can't be spearheaded by the same leaders.
In 21st century, speech remains a crucial question at the heart of every democracy. In any country, citizens ranging from all classes must defend it as frequently as staunchly when in rural or urban areas.
Topline Details would like to discuss the tensions and contradictions of some formulations of free speech. Amongst others, we draw on two authors converging in their critique from two very different perspectives: Alasdair MacIntyre and Stanley Fish. After having assessed the extreme conception of free speech and having shown its implausibility, freedom of speech is characterised as ideological in at least one definition of the word, that employed by legal realists.
We would like to emphacise that free speech is truly an incomplete, context-sensitive right granted to someone on some occasions or event, often depending on extra-legal, historical, sociological, political and practical factors.
The above highlighted elements leaves the door open to the interpretations of the right to free speech as ideological in other and more substantial ways, such as in the venues of Critical Legal Studies and political arena. We conclude by drawing implications applicable to our societies in their current conditions, with a special focus on the role of new med
ECL was not up to any good....
Musa Mwenya SC writes;
It must be made clear to all, whether in the current government or those who were in previous governments like myself that forgiveness and reconciliation does not mean lack of accountability.
Whether there is reconciliation or not, those who have served in Government but have unexplained wealth must still account for it and must show what taxes they paid in ‘making’ that money! Those who are unable to explain their source of wealth are potentially in possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime which is a criminal offense.
Lack of accountability leads to impunity with successive leaders thinking that they are above the law and can abuse their offices without question. It is time to account for our wealth ladies and gentlemen...
Where Was Zambia Headed?
Any organisation or political party that wishes others dead just because of differences of political opinions or ideologies is evil, unethical and immoral. It is difficult to tell if Zambia's previous regime was in order on such statements beside countless others.
