Fresh Top, Fresh Gel & Finally a Fresh Trim!! 💇‍♂️😁 The only constant I have right now is having French Toast from cookbook every single day! 😍 It’s an absolute game changer for me and I’ve had it every single day in July so far with a variety of toppings and fruit. Soooo good in terms of taste, satiation and protein 😋

Anyway today’s run was a solid battle. Certainly not an easy one but made so much easier with the help of new Raspberry Mint Gels which are delicious alongside downing a can of Red Bull at the 24th KM 😂 Music as always was perfect. Got stung by a few nettles and had to stop for a few road crossings but apart from that, pretty perfect really 👌 Loved running in my new top as well 💙
Moving time was 4:30/km
