My vibe right now is focused on working for the lifestyle I promised myself! 🏃🏽‍♂️💪🏽🧠

I have lost 175 lbs as of Oct. 2018 - this however is not the pinnacle of all I am capable of achieving.

When I lost weight - I wrote daily affirmations. I would focus on mantras focused in affirming health & wellness. In really, affirmations when taken seriously are just a promises one makes to thyself. Hence why affirmations are powerful.

I can’t wait to impress myself this year! 🏋🏽‍♂️

We are now down 18lbs! The first picture was taken on December 2, 2022 (when I felt my lowest in years). Since then I’ve been putting in the work between my physical and mental health. 💪🏽

You can see how proud of myself I am of getting my health back on track. I’m more than ever motivated to creating more content and getting back to work! 🏋🏽‍♂️

A reminder that a weight loss journey is almost never linear. The weight on the scale will always go up and down.

This could be for multiple factors: water intake, muscle building, food intake, and this list could go on and on….

Last year I gained 40 lbs after sustaining a 175 lb weight loss accomplishment. My weight gain was largely due to binge eating, alcohol, and mental health struggles.

The past couple months I have given myself a substantial amount of grace in protecting and strengthening my mental health through therapy.

These days I am feeling good and on top of the world. I have been investing my time in the gym, therapy, drinking water, taking vitamins, and eating very healthy.

I feel I am back on track and I will be back to 200 lbs by no time. I thank each and everyone of you for the support and I am more excited to be documenting the journey of getting back on track! 💪🏽🏃🏾‍♂️🏆

2022 was the best year of elevating my career, mental health, home, and education. Alongside it was very complex with relationships, family, work, and coming out the closet 🏳️‍🌈 .
This year brought out the good and ugly inside of me - and alongside a(40 pound weight gain). 2022 restructured me to the point in which when they go low, we go high! I’ve been taking the past 12 weeks of therapy to get back on track when I felt like complete rock bottom.
I’m so happy to be back on this journey of learning to love the process and do it all over with grace. This month I have lost 10 lbs, stay tuned because we have 30lbs more to go! I am grateful for the new year and new beginnings 🤍💪🏽🏋🏽‍♂️
