Been a while, so thought I'd post something at least 😅

Finally got Automation to work properly so I decided to dust off my cobwebs and created this boxy beauty 😍

This is a car I made to look like the classic Peugeot 405 Mi16, complete with a close replica of the XU9J4 engine found in these models.

Both the real car and my rendition of it has a power output of 158bhp and 130ft-lbs of torque, nothing crazy (especially how my diesel Saab has nearly the same horsepower) but certainly fun to whip around in on BeamNG 😁

Gonna try making a few other cars so expect some more 🤙

A little teaser for the new video, gonna be breaking an old record from 12 years ago on the Nurburgring set by my dad on the classic GTR2 Racing Sim Game.

I'm very excited as even in the test runs its looking possible :D

Only a couple of people will understand what I'm hinting at with this song :)

Is it a Porsche Boxter? Is it a weird creation from TVR? Nope, it is an MX5. A Mazdaspeed MX5 C-Spec to be exact.

This special model MX5 was built by Mazdaspeed in 1998 and according to the internet, only 3 exist in the world. The car features a new front and rear end, designed to be more streamline than the regular MX5 body.

Mazdaspeed ditched the pop up headlights in favour of fixed headlights hidden behind plexiglass.

Along with the front end, they changed the rear with a new "edgier" rear and new taillights which, fun fact, are from a Mazda Lantis Coupe, only they are flipped upside down and swapped to the opposite sides.

Performance wise, this car boasts a bored out 2.0l N/A 4cyl engine producing 197bhp, along with some uprated suspension and wheels.

Although the car is pretty in my eyes, sadly not a lot of people can say the same. Many people hated the look of the C-Spec, probably because of the front end.

Probably the reason why they didn't make more...

This car was also featured in Gran Turismo 2 as a gift car in the "Tuned N/A Car No. 1 Cup" although the gift is at random between 3 other cars.
