Ashley Alttin is an avid swimmer. She loves hiking and going on road trips with her family. She lives in the coastal foothills of the Rocky Mountains with her husband, llama- an exceptionally perfect dog, and an attack cat.
Before she started creating cookbooks and recipes, Ashley got a diploma in Dental Hygiene. After that, in a bid to shake things up, she left to get some grassroots experience as an ‘Au pair’ in New Jersey; where she graduated with commendations.
Ashley did a handful of clerkships with some really important people who are way too modest to be named here. She now writes part-time. When she is not writing, she can be found wandering through nature or journaling at a coffee shop or a quiet piano bar.
