Hey everyone, long time no post - I know! Within the arts space I work within a majority of the time now I have had a lot of requests about social media marketing training. I am considering making an online training program for people to purchase and learn themselves how to self-audit and upscale their social media management themselves.

This training would include the auditing documents and step by step what I do for clients but instead as a one off purchase by you.

It has been in discussion for years but was information too valuable to sell, but now… now I am considering it! I am taking expressions of interest before committing to the development of this package.

What started as a little scribble for a tattoo in honour of my Grandmother; formed from love and sentimentality of the sun, the moon, stars, the ocean, Sunflowers , a belief in yin & yang (and attempting to live as strong & positive as all of these things…) ended up being hand drawn by a fine artist (Rebecca from Graphic Design) as a business logo, has now collided with top notch fabrics.

Sowilo: The Sun. This Viking Rune represents success, goals achieved, honour, the life force, health, or a time when power will be available to you for positive changes in your life, victory, health, and success. Contact between the higher and the unconscious. It symbolises wholeness, power, elemental force, the sword of flame, and cleansing fire. It is the rune of the sun. Sowilo represents the force of fire in the physical and mental world. It promotes invigoration, dedication, optimism and persistence in any endeavour. It will ward against the harmful opinions of others to keep the heart focused on its purpose.

The Yin-Yang: In Eastern thought the two complementary forces that make up all aspects and phenomena of life. Briefly put, the meaning of yin and yang is that the universe is governed by a cosmic duality, sets of two opposing and complementing principles or cosmic energies that can be observed in nature.

Yin is characterized as an inward energy. It is a symbol of earth, feminine energy, darkness, negativity, passivity, and absorption. It is present in even numbers, in valleys and streams, and is represented by the tiger, the colour orange, and a broken line.

Yang is characterized as outward energy. It is conceived of as heaven, masculine energy, light, activity, heat, positivity and pe*******on. It is present in odd numbers, in mountains, and is represented by the dragon, the colour azure, and an unbroken line. The two are both said to proceed from the Great Ultimate (taiji), their interplay on one another (as one increases the other decreases) being a description of the actual process of the universe and all that is in it. In harmony, the two are depicted as the light and dark halves of a circle.

Sunflower: The English name for the Sunflower is quite literal and taken from its bright sun-like appearance. Its scientific name, Helianthus, is just as literal because it combines the two Greek words for sun and flower. The sunflower has developed unique meanings across the world as it spreads in the modern age, but many cultures share similar views of the flower thanks to its physical characteristics. Some of the most common meanings include:

- Long life, mainly since most varieties stand in full bloom for months on end during the hottest days of summer
- Feelings of adoration, admiration, and platonic love towards a person, such as a family member or friend
- Loyalty and strong bonds between two people, as represented by the strong and upright stem
- Seeking out positivity and strength, as the bloom turns to face the sun
- Nourishing yourself and others, since the sunflower produces an abundance of edible seeds

Hey everyone, I thought it was about time I posted an update;

Life is good! Life is busy! Life is once again different!

I moved house in Feb, husteled HARD, achieved a lot in a short amount of time, sourced connections and employment, went on some adventures and am now reeping the benefits of being capable of fighting for what I believe in, fighting dragons every day for 18 months, and busting my balls in ways you can only imagine...

Due to all of these things, and my ability to adapt to change, I now have a new home and a new life which also includes several new jobs and projects! I am an NDIS support worker (again... ), working 6 days a week, teaching yoga on Tuesday nights at Mindful AF plus a few other side hustles and creative projects under ways & modelling in my “spare time” too!

My days start with normal house things followed by walking Harlo, getting a coffee and sinking our feet into the sand every morning again with long beach walks. It's taken a minute, and a lot of s**t, but it happened, it's real, and some mornings I still have to pinch myself as I lay in MY bed, looking at my things, reminding myself it is all really real... 🙏🏽🥰🙏🏽

So because of all of these things a few things have changed - With Amore Collective
is only taking new clients on referral and returning clients, and Shanti Y&W is open to bookings however capacity is very limited and I really can only take on a couple more classes locally on the which I shall start exploring more again soon. These accounts will be quiet, however still active to post news and announcements, exciting things and big wins as well as future opportunities and so forth.

"You are invited to a Figurative Fine Art Photography Workshop in Horsham: a practical introduction to designing and shooting figurative fine art photographs with Terence Po***ck and Jesse The Empowered Muse.

This is a unique opportunity to work with an experienced photographer and model duo to learn and apply technical, creative and etiquette conventions of the figurative fine art genre.

In this workshop, you will be guided to use your own camera in conjunction with prepared sets, studio lighting and a professional model.

A collaboration between The Empowered Muse and Terence Po***ck Fine Art Reference Imagery;

Focus areas:
❧ Lighting and styling (props, backdrops, shadows, angles)
❧ Working with models (posing, direction, costuming and draping the figure)
