So many people ask what facial products I use…so swipe left to get the good juice 💖💫

My number 1 tip is… meditate, meditate, meditate. Twice a day, every day.
At night…
1 & 2. Double cleanse. Start with the Universkin Cleansing Olive oil, emulsify & rinse. Then on to the SkinCeuticals Soothing Foam Cleanser.
3. Apply SkinBetter Science AlphaRet Overnight Cream
4. Moisturise. I use SkinCeuticals AGE Interrupter Advanced & SkinBetter Science Interfuse Treatment Cream for Eyes.
5. In the morning, after using only the Universkin Cleansing Olive Oil I drip some SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic Serum all over my face.
6. Then I layer some SkinBetter Science EvenTone Correcting Serum & a pinch of SkinCeuticals AHA Intensifier over my skin.
7. Moisturise.
8. Then the all important 50+ sun protection. AiryDay Golden Glow does just what it says. No need for makeup.
9. 4 x a week I use my Omnilux Red Light mask at night before I apply the AlphaRet overnight cream.

A year ago I made a monumental mistake. I have been paying for it ever since. My conscience will 4ever pay. I drove my son home from school well over the legal limit which resulted in a horrific accident. I am beyond lucky & I thank God every day that I didn’t kill or injure my son, or anyone else. I was arrested & charged with drink driving. Due 2 the nature of the accident my insurance was null & void. I live with the consequences of a terrible lapse in judgement every minute of every day. While it in no way excuses my actions, my judgement was severely impaired the day of the accident due 2 some vv distressing family news. Instead of asking why, most people in my own community came 2 their own conclusions. No questions were ever asked but much judgement has been made in the year since the accident. I am strong, I can handle that. What is most concerning is that my children are now the subject of the same judgement and have suffered the fall out from a serious amount of societal tutt-tutting. This is simply unacceptable- they are so innocent in all of this & should not have 2 pay the price for my mistake. Some of my son’s friends have told him they are no longer “allowed” 2 b his friend. Recently they have both become victims of innuendo & misinformation about the event. I have heard that people in my community “disapprove” of my accident. Do U honestly think I approve of my accident? Wtaf! Whatever happened 2 compassion & empathy? I made a mistake. I’ve taken full responsibility for my mistake. I am well aware it could have been fatal. I forever live with that guilt but I am human, 2 err is human. People in glass houses should never throw stones. Examine urselves. I do, every single day. Lead w love, lead w curiosity & understanding, lead w compassion. How else can we call ourselves a community & how else are we 2 get through this thing called life 2gether? I’ve paid 4 my crime & continue 2 pay for it in many ways every single day. Pls move on. Let it go. I’m certainly trying to & did not expect to be defending myself a yr after the fact. If u have any ???, I’m an open book, pick up the phone but please leave my beautiful boys out of this. 💖💖💖💫
