About me
I’d like to thank you for taking the time to have a read about little old me.
I’m probably considered a first generation gamer. I started gaming very young and now in gaming terms I’m very old. I’m not as fast as I used to be as I am riddled with Multiple Sclerosis or MS. Multiple Sclerosis in my experience is pretty horrible. In 2016 I went numb down my right hand side. A couple of days later and the pain started in my feet. I was hospitalised and a few weeks later was diagnosed with relapsing remitting MS. My legs are unsteady, constantly cramping up and sometimes give out completely. My feet are constantly burning. I have a dysfunctional bladder and bowel. I’m unable to sleep for any worthwhile duration. I have Brain Fog which essentially makes me forget everything and to top it off I suffer from chronic fatigue. I do also have a wonderful family. My youngest son is autistic, my eldest son has ADHD and my wife is a deputy headteacher. My pet Chihuahua also has an eating disorder and anger management issues.
Life would be boring if it was easy though. I’m laughing as I type this.
My escapism is to game. Especially with friends which is why I’ve been stuck playing Fortnite for the past few years.
