Low Carb Cheese Ball.

Ingredients and Preparation:
In a container mix:
100gr of almond flour
100gr of grated mozzarella
100gr of half-cured cheese
100gr of cheese plate
50gr of cream cheese
4 eggs
salt, garlic and onion powder, black pepper.
Leave the dough in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, make balls, pass in the golden flaxseed flour and fry in the hot lard. - Cheeses can be substituted for others.

Toast is an easy option to make and one that appeals to everyone! 🤤

Ingredients:
butter
Garlic
salt
chili
Oregano
Olive oil
Bread
Parmesan cheese

Preparation mode:
Cut the bread into slices and set aside. Add all the other ingredients and make a paste. Spread on slices of bread and bake in a preheated oven.

✔ Stuffed homemade hamburger.
Ingredients:
1 kl of ground rump.
200 grams of ground bacon.
1 package of onion cream.
Chives or cilantro.
Mozzarella.
Preparation mode:
Mix everything in a bowl.
I used the hamburger pan, which makes the hole in the middle where I put the chopped cheese.
I put it to bake in the oven for 20 mts and ready.
It is delicious, tasty. .
You can make the burger taller.

Strawberry truffle.
Ingredients:
For white cream:
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon of xylitol
Preparation mode:
Mix the two and add water gradually until the point of a consistent mass.

For chocolate:
Melt 2 squares of 70% chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds or in a water bath. Leave to cool.
Take the strawberry and go "dressing" it with the white cream. Then just melt the melted chocolate and bring it to the freezer. 5 to 10 min and it's ready.

:
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of coconut flour
1 tablespoon of almond flour
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1 tablespoon of stevia (or your preferred sweetener)
3 tablespoons of water
1cc of yeast
Preparation mode:
Mix everything and microwave for 2:30 min.
For the syrup I melted 1 square of chocolate 90% and mixed cream.

Whole meal flour Apple Cake.

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
- 4 small apples for dough + 1 for decoration
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup thinly rolled oats
- 2 linseed dogs - 5 Stevia envelopes
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cinnamon tea
- 1 handful of chopped chestnuts
- 1 handful of dried fruits
- 1 yeast
- 1 baking soda tea
- 1/4 cup granola
Preparation mode:
Make a puree with the 4 apples (I made it in the mini processor). Beat eggs, oil, yogurt and apple puree with the mixer. In a container, combine the liquids with the whole flour, oats, flaxseed, sweetener, salt, nuts, dried fruits and cinnamon. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add yeast and baking soda. Place the dough in a greased and floured rectangular shape. Beat the granola with cinnamon in the miniprocessor and place it on top with the other apple. Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 30-40 min.
The dough was perfect and grew sooooo much ❤️
