An acceptance song for those of us with eyes on the future. Adam describes the wanting to be “away from people, away from cities” while ultimately settling on “anywhere that feels clean”.
This track leaves us more hopeful than not.
Good for days of dread and reflection about the climate. Good for moments of remembering how wonderful and special the now is…

Camel Power Club new album 'Narukanaga' is out ! https://orcd.co/narukanaga

Quite the mysterious name. Before the album release, Narukanaga did not give any results on Google. It's pretty rare nowadays to find a series of letters on which google has nothing to say about. Though to our knowledge, Léonard found the word in an antique spellbook... This double LP with 16 tracks is a subtle blend between late 60's British music and electronic textures. His synthetic sounds feel like a dream world above the clouds, in which the symbiosis of indie-electronic combines with the timbres of escapist narratives. Pop without being naïve, its indie vibe echoes to Vampire Weekend, LCD Sound System and the Beatles.

It's also being released as a 2 LP vinyl with the coolest cover ever 🐶. Wax aficionados, watch out !

A Pebble of the Brook, named for William Blake’s poem “The Clod and the Pebble”, is about perception. The songs attempt to look at the same things with different lenses. In many ways it is the second part to his last album, "Attendre et Espérer", as it is also centered around grief. The album follows the thread of it as it leaves its sanctioned place at funerals and anniversaries to hide itself in travel photos, shifting relationships, and bicycle injuries...
