Throwback to a great gym session!

My days get longer and longer and I really don’t know what to do anymore 🤣 my ass is hurting from sitting and laying around all day 🤯

As I feel that my body is turning a little stronger again now that I hit my calories better, I am starting to think about ways to start training at least my arms/ forearms a bit maybe I can figure out some exercises with 0 core activation.
I think it‘s gonna be still too much for now… Gotta stay patient.

Only 2 more weeks then I can get rid of the corset which is very annoying and limiting in movement. I am very excited for this to happen as I can start doing some easy exercises again by the time😎
