The heavy horses return to King George’s Park from 10am today and tomorrow (25th and 26th March) 🐴

The horses are part of the Rewild London scheme, which sees the continuation of the creation of wildflower meadows and biodiversity-rich woodlands, transforming the park into a thriving habitat for pollinators like bees and butterflies.

They’ve also been out in Wandsworth Park - you may have seen them yesterday - so Wandsworth’s green spaces are soon to be even greener!

Opening this Sunday 23rd March, is offering the chance to escape the real world with state of the art VR 360, VR Starship and VR Arena that’ll transport you to another world like we’ve seen before.

Can you believe it, but this Sunday marks 5 YEARS since the lockdowns began, and was born! 🧻

It’s an incredible story how much these guys have grown over the years. Back in 2020, they made a promise to their team that whatever happened they would do everything they could for them to keep their jobs. Since then, the team of four has grown to over 100, they’ve opened four cafes, a wholesale bakery and have taken SW London by a storm!

Join them at the OG bakery in Wandsworth Town this Sunday for £5 brunches (set dishes only), £5 pints and £5 cocktails, live music and toilet roll with every loaf (serious currency back in 2020).

One good thing to have come out of a terrible time. We’ll see you there!

Six local community run clubs across the Battersea, Wandsworth and Clapham areas are coming together this month to host one mega run club! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃

Join in next Sunday 23rd March at 12pm for a friendly 5k around Clapham Common, followed by coffees and socialising afterwards.

The ultimate run club is part of a campaign to promote inclusivity for everyone - there’s “A Place For Every Pace” - so everyone’s invited whatever your running level.

Local physiotherapists , who have clinics in both Battersea and Clapham, will also be there to chat to runners about injury prevention.

It’s completely free to join, but spaces are limited so hit the link in bio to grab a ticket. We’ll see you there!

Part of the fun with Sofar Sounds is never knowing who’s going to perform, so you can discover new music genres and artists before they hit the big time (the likes of Billie Eilish and Ed Sheeran have performed at Sofar gigs).

Wandsworth has been named the kinkiest borough in London! 🍆💦 The sexperts at Lovehoney have released their annual S*x Map, which uses anonymous data to reveal the sauciest places in the UK - and who’d have thought it, but Wandsworth has been ranked 1st out of the 32 boroughs.

Nationally, Wandsworth ranks 256th out of 907 regions, with Lambeth coming in second in London and 300th notionally. It’s clearly all happening in South West London! Country-wide, it was Enniskillen in Northern Ireland that took the top spot.

According to the map, South West Londoners also buy the most bo***ge products, including “handcuffs, restraints, blindfolds, spankers, ticklers, floggers and more…”

What’s more, Wandsworth favour sexy French Maids as their costume of choice. Guess we’ll have to thank for that!
