Building Black Social Capital

The Black Social Capital podcast is a platform that recognizes your expertise and builds an impactful community. New episodes are available bi-weekly. You can get involved by asking a professional question, shouting out an excellent Black professional or scholar, or even joining us as a guest.

In 2018, we launched a digital workshop series focused on Black professionals that expertly navigate the higher education landscape. The workshop topics ranged from designing your brand as an educational consultant, to understanding the professoriate path, and developing The Student and The Athlete.

These initial conversations-- over five hours of video and audio content-- have served as the foundation for the Black Social Capital Podcast. The mantra of the series, stay motivated, rise together, remains as a reminder of the impact found in building intellectual and community capital.
