Walton teases two new monitors with more than basic features.

Walton is known to make basic computer products till now. But the newly teased monitor promises some new high end features.

Both of them are FHD resolutions with 75Hz using IPS panels. One of them features wireless charging in the stand and both VGA and HDMI input. This one also comes with a USB-C port. The other one is more basic but not the most. This one features a stand with height adjustment and swivel adjustment too.

The current BD monitor market is in a pretty stable condition. The price of the monitor will determine its success or failure. Let's wait for the good reviews and hope for the best.

Everyone hates Exynos SoCs but somehow, Samsung keeps making them and using them in their flagship phones.

The s24 series mobiles comes with both Snapdragon 8 gen 3 and Exynos 2400 cpus. It is expected that Samsung will release the snapdragon version in the USA, Canada and China market and the Exynos version in the rest of the world. But is the Exynos 2400 a bad cpu to use?

In some recent leaked benchmarks, it can be seen that while the Exynos 2400 is still behind the Snapdragon 8 gen 3 in terms of performance, it is not very far. Exynos 2400 scores slightly less in all the benchmarks than SD 8 gen 3. As for thermal performances, under stress tests, snapdragon throttles a little bit then runs stable at around 80% performance, as for the Exynos variant, it throttles to about 70% of its initial performance for some time then goes back to its initial performance.

For the past couple of years rumours have been going around that AMD is working with Samsung to bring out better mobile GPUs. Well, the wait is over. The Exynos variants of the s24 series phones come with Xclipse 940 GPU which is based on AMD’s RDNA2 structure. Things start to get interesting here. According to a leaker , the earlier version of Xclipse 940 beat Snapdragons Adreno 750, but due to some RDNA2 flaws the GPU has been nerfed to 1.1GHz from its initial 1.7GHz. Snapdragon’s Adreno 750 is expected to have a 1GHz clock speed. As for benchmarks, a leaked benchmark shows that Xclipse performs slightly better than previous generations Adreno 740. But as per Snapdragons promises Adreno 750 is expected to have 25% better performance than its previous generation, so things are not looking great for Samsung here either.

Please note that all of this information is based on leaked or otherwise unofficial data. We’ll have to wait a couple of days to see more trustable benchmarks and real life performances. Benchmarks are only a measure of what hardwares are capable of, real life performances may not reflect what benchmarks suggest

Great initiative.

Rickshaw passengers will soon be able to pay their fares using the Trust Axiata Pay or 'tap' mobile finance service. tap is a joint venture between Bangladesh's Trust Bank Limited and Malaysia's Axiata Digital Services Sdn Bhd.

The initiative was opened by Humaira Azam, Managing Director and CEO of Trust Bank Limited and Director of Trust Axiata Digital Limited. 300 rickshaw drivers received ID cards with QR codes as part of the programme. Passengers will be able to scan this code with their phones to transmit their fares to the driver's wallet.

Every payment from tap will earn rickshaw drivers a Tk10 bonus, which will be added to the fares they receive. They'll be able to take money out of any tap agent. Passengers will also receive a 10% cashback if they pay for their fare with tap. The promotion will be valid for 15 days, until January 22.

Su was born in Taiwan and immigrated to the United States as a child. GoDaddy disclosed that an unknown attacker had gained unauthorized access to the system used to provision the company’s Managed WordPress sites, impacting up to 1.2 million of their WordPress customers.

👉 Up to 1.2 million active and inactive Managed WordPress customers had their email address and customer number exposed. The exposure of email addresses presents risk of phishing attacks.

👉 The original WordPress Admin password that was set at the time of provisioning was exposed. If those credentials were still in use, GoDaddy reset those passwords.

👉 For active customers, sFTP and database usernames and passwords were exposed. GoDaddy reset both passwords.

👉 For a subset of active customers, the SSL private key was exposed. GoDaddy is in the process of issuing and installing new certificates for those customers.
