Day 8,9,10 of 75
No post the last couple days just been rehabbing the leg and getting my steps in slowly but surely lol.
Seahawks had a physical fun pre season game to watch. I have focused more on the defense since that has been the underlying issue with the Seahawks for a few seasons in a row and I love what I see.
Who on offense should I be keeping an eye on as this final preseason game comes I will focus more on the offense and who I think will be on the roster come cut day.
Day 7 of 75
My knee is banged up but my will and strength is stronger than it has ever been. I would have found an excuse to avoid pushing myself and fallen into a mental and physical pit that would have been extremely difficult to climb out of.
I will keep pushing slowly but surely this is all part of life's journey but hey at least the game was fun to watch yesterday! Go Hawks!
Happy Saturday! It's game day starting new routines on the weekend is never easy but it sure is rewarding to know it's possible!

Day 5 of 75
This is the best feeling day yet. Strength seems to be coming in and giving me an extra bump in the morning even when lifting feels like it will be impossible when I am in the process of getting up lol.
I saw a walker sign on the boat to work this morning and realized I might as well participate and knock out a couple miles during my commute.
When I hit the afternoon I seem to hit a wall around the 4 or 5 pm mark and have to push through the rest of the day does anybody have any recommendations on what I can do to keep my momentum going?

Insanely tough to get up today but you got to remember that extra 20 minutes or 30 minutes actually makes the day much tougher on your alertness! Beat the snooze button and get that ass up son!
Jamal Adam's and Quandre Diggs take on their former team AKA the Seahawks which will be awesome to see. Love Diggs and happy he got a chance with a team as far as Jamal I am excited to see how his debut goes and if he will last longer than a couple weeks. Go Hawks!

We're back! Football season is ramping up however so is my personal health both physically and mentally.
I originally didn't want to share my journey over the next 75 days with the public but I realize that there are people who are just like me put there who feel they are trapped and unable to take one step forward to better their health.
It will be a long journey and I will provide more context as the post goes but grateful to be back and extremely excited that the seahawks are back on the field!
