We are thrilled to announce that The Enigma, the official school paper publication of Sawata National High School, has been officially awarded as the Division of Davao del Norte's 2nd Best Secondary School Paper for this year's Division School Press Conference (DSPC)!

This achievement qualifies us to compete in the upcoming Regional School Press Conference, and we are filled with immense pride and excitement for this next step.

We are incredibly proud and grateful for the recognition, with the opportunity to compete and make our legacy continue at the regional level.

📣 | SAN ISIDRO ! With great pride and excitement, we announce the successful completion of Sawata NHS's English School Paper Publication, marking our eligibility for participation in the Division School Press Conference. With this accomplishment, we are poised to make our mark and represent our school on February 29 to March 4, 2024. Please look forward to our achievements ahead.

Herewith, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 as the backbones of our success. Firstly, to our School Principal/Coordinator Sir Allan Paglinawan Jr., and Head Teacher II Ma. Narcissa Gallaza. Special thanks to the publication's SPAs, Ma'am Daisy Relos and Sir Zaldy S. Sernande, former SPA Ma'am Chona Aranaydo, and our Education Program Supervisor Sir Exelsis Deo Deloy. Also, to our dedicated coaches Ma'am Cheryl Arican, Sir Levin Marrion Buagas, Sir Vince Angelo Mabida, Ma'am Jinky Janefer Quilla, Ma'am Venus Mae Valiao, the entire SNHS faculty and staff, and parents.

In a resounding triumph at the District School Press Conference (DSPC), several board members of "The Enigma," emerged victorious in various categories during the event held on January 22, 2024, at the Provincial Capitol in Brgy. Mankilam, Tagum City, in collaboration with PICKMO.

The aforementioned achievement has secured their place to contend at the upcoming Division School Press Conference (DSPC).

For the foundation of this achievement, we extend our deepest gratitude to our ever dynamic Principal/ Consultant Sir Allan Paglinawan Jr.; our Head Teacher II Ma. Narcissa Gallaza; the publication's SPAs Ma'am Daisy Relos, Zaldy S. A message from the Editor In Chief,

Our time as campus journalists of the Enigma Publication 2022-2023 has come to a bittersweet end.

Now that the school year has come to an end and our seniors have graduated, it is time for us to bid our goodbyes and to eventually pass the torch to a new batch of talented minds. On behalf of the Editorial Board, I pin the end of this batch.

As the Editor In Chief of the Enigma Publication and now as a proud graduate of Sawata National High School, I have had the privilege to steer this ship alongside my remarkable constituents, and I could not have asked for a better team to embark on this publishing journey.

To my fellow constituents, the whole editorial board, fellow writers, photographers, layout designers and cartoonists, I appreciate all of you for entrusting us with your potential and allowing us to showcase your brilliance. Through thick and thin, you have made the Enigma more than just a school publication; you have made it a family that I will embrace forevermore.

After emerging successful in the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC), Sawata National High School's official English School Paper Publication - The Enigma is set to make waves in the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) to represent two of their publication's renowned sections.

The publication's remarkable 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 have earned them a spot among the top five qualifiers in the recently concluded RSPC, validating their participation for the upcoming NSPC. The event took place in Digos City on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 showcasing the exceptional school papers represented by distinguished schools across the region.

We stand before you with an exhilarating 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 that filled our hearts with pride and anticipation.

It is our utmost pleasure to 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 to you the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Vol. 4 of Sawata National High School. As the editorial board, we are thrilled to embark on this remarkable journey together and to become the voice of our community for the year 2022-2023.

We aim to decode mysteries and reveal the truth. Each page section will be a tapestry of reliable 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀, bold 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹, significant 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, mind-blowing 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 and thrilling 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 that reflect the diverse stories within the community of San Isidro.

In addition, we are delighted to announce our participation in the upcoming 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, as we hope for another glorious achievement. This prestigious event brings together the brightest minds from schools across our region, all seeking for recognition and the opportunity to share their journalistic prowess.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our ever dynamic Principal IV Ma'am Raquel G. Tagalinao, our Head Teacher II Ma. Narcissa Gallaza, and our SPA Ma'am Chona C. Aranaydo for their unwavering support and guidance throughout this endeavor. We also want to express our appreciation to the entire campus journalists for the constant enthusiasm. Qualified for regionals!

Sawata National High School's very own English publication, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚, has recently emerged successful in the Critiquing of School Paper on the Division School Press Conference 2023!

The talented team of campus journalists clinched the '𝟏𝐬𝐭' spot for both 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 and 𝐒𝐜𝐢-𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, '𝟐𝐧𝐝' on the 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬, 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥, and 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and '𝟑𝐫𝐝' place in the 𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲.
