I think as a society we place our value in insubstantial things, that might be why we struggle with mental health sooo much! So recently, l’ve been trying to be more aware of what I’m putting my value into. It’s easy to find value in your work but it is not substantial.

God DOESN’T call the qualified…. He qualifies the called. You don’t have to have all the right words to say, because God will supply you with that. When we work for God’s purpose He will give us all we need. We simply must walk out in boldest into what He’s calling us to do. Even when we don’t feel qualified for what He’s asking of us.

The waiting period gives us a time to reflect on what we have and where we are in life. To hope for what is to come and what God has in store for us and for us to prepare and be ready for what's to come.

Anxiety only has the power we give it. We are the ones who give it a foothold in our lives by constantly worrying about what could happen. But we need to remember that anxiety is just the fear of a what-if. It's not reality. And we have the power to control our anxiety, not the other way around.
