🇬🇧 If your life had a soundtrack, what would it be? ⬇️🇮🇹

In the dance of life, remember to step back and admire the beauty of the universe, including man-made structures.

You don't have to be in the Bahamas, Phi Phi Island, or wherever;
you just have to stop and look around to notice the beauty.
You might have grown accustomed to it and no longer notice it.
However, I challenge you to look at your surroundings with childlike eyes. I bet you'll start noticing features you haven't seen before.
This is your opportunity to enrich the idea that the small aspects of life that we might take for granted have more meaning than you thought and
to bring awareness to the fact that every element counts in this world of creation.

GypsyinAbout is live!

Hi wonderful gypsies,

This marks the launch of my Nature Wall Art Photography shop, GypsyinAbout. While my fear of the unknown has diminished since I started hiking and traveling, some fears still cling to me, making it harder to let go.
Although the shop has been live for a few weeks, I’ve had moments of doubt and fear when it comes to sharing it with the world.

Sharing GypsyinAbout with you means confronting my fear of failure, facing doubts about whether I’ve invested my time wisely in learning and working on a project that might not be recognized as valuable or worth engaging with. It’s the fear of taking a risk, not knowing if it will succeed or not, which can be paralyzing.

But at the same time, it means revealing a significant part of my daily and nightly efforts over the summer. It means having the courage to showcase work that is far from perfect, understanding that it will require consistent effort to keep it active and running, and being content with the results I’m achieving at this stage.

In the coming months, I’ll be dedicated to expanding my Etsy shop by creating more listings and staying updated on the latest Etsy features and strategies to maximize this channel’s potential.

Additionally, I’m going to focus on delivering interesting content that can inspire you and engage you, making your time spent reading and interacting worthwhile.

Ultimately, my end goal is much like yours – to have the freedom to hike, travel, and immerse myself in what I’m most passionate about. We’re all striving for financial freedom and a richer life filled with happiness and meaningful connections.

Night walk in the dark. Have you ever had such an experience? 🤔

👋Hi wonderful gypsies...

I walked in the night in my gypsy pajamas, enjoying the warm southern wind.

I sat at the edge of a river embankment near a car park.

As I stared at the stream, I saw something moving 😱, -What was that? -Just a bat 🦇🥰.

I kept looking in the direction of the river without even blinking, the sound of the water flow sounded like a white noise.

The dark encompassed the whole area and the sound insinuated in my ears as a loud song played on a device.

I felt hypnotized. The view got mottled. The scenery seemed to have lost its boundaries. I felt like floating as my body detached from the nonsense that my eyes were seeing and everything started to vibrate.

(The first time I felt like this, it scared me because it was a sensation that I never experienced. Now, it’s something I cherish.)

Something moved again 😱! - What now? - I unfocused and became alert, scrutinizing the surrounding.

A car in the far distance casts a shadow over the back of my profile. It was just my shadow 👥😅.

Sometimes what scares us isn’t actually scary. When our comfort zone is shaken by an unexpected event, it feels unsettling at first.
That’s a normal reaction! Give it some time...

In nature, all species are resilient to change and adapt according to the environmental conditions experienced.

Trust you’ll come over anytime challenging you are living and will live.

I believe it’s possible for both of us!

🌊Hiking on the seaside and a 💭 thought. What do you think?

👋Hi wonderful gypsies...

Sometimes we might find ourselves acting in a way it doesn't make us proud. Ignoring someone, complaining, or feeling anxious. Distance from all we know and our dear people might be beneficial to recalibrate and assess what’s important in your world.

Getting caught up in habits is very common in routine life. Routine is meant to make our life easy and is certainly useful for being constant at automatic tasks. However, we need the unknown to grow and evolve.
That allows us to rewire our brains and redefine our perception of what is or isn’t possible for ourselves.

Forget everything you know about yourself, your old beliefs, and your limiting thoughts.
Take only the valuable lessons you’ve learned from your past and start building on that.

You decide the person you want to be with your daily choices, behaviour, and values. Don’t take it for granted.

Once you notice the cause and the effect you can substitute the intrusive thought with a beneficial one.

Start paying attention to your thoughts and the effect they have on your feelings.

I don’t make movies and I don’t have a wife or a child but when I get interested in a new subject, everything around me stops being important as I get completely immersed in it.

Here is another mysterious looking shot. Depicting some hikers getting to the peak of the mount.

The deciduous forest I was hiking through had surprises under the leaves litter bed. Although I was watching out for every step, it was inevitable to slip and lose balance.

I just want to remind ourselves that we are never too old to set another goal, dream something new and act upon it.
Let's not let society, especially individuals who might not be on the same personal journey decide what experiences are supposed to be done at what age.

Solo hike. Pico de Ongoño 939 m

👋Hi, wonderful wanderer...

The Sun appeared. The sky got clearer and the fog decreased remaining only in the shaded areas. In the end, I could wake up from my gloomy dream. My path was revealed and I could catch sight of the last stop of my journey.

After highs and lows, I wasn't feeling 100% myself. I decided to drop out of the 2 hours and 30 minutes hike and go hitch-hiking.

The view from the zigzag road was scenic and I could observe the details of the jagged mountain face.

After half an hour, a car finally stopped. A group of local hikers gave me a lift very close to my accommodation.

🗣️Have you ever done hitch-hiking? How was your experience with it?

Guide on how to fall safely📚

👋Hi, wonderful gypsies...

Hiking on scree slopes can be a hassle at times especially when you're new to this activity🥵.
That’s why it’s very important to be aware of how to fall safely for minimising hurt, avoiding rolling down the mountain like a supersonic ball, hurting your fingers or piercing your palms.

🔹Lean forward when ascending.
🔹Lean backward when descending.
🔹Keep the hands open and ideally wear gloves.

Your arms will help to soften the impact with the ground and you will be able to stay in control of your landing.
Eventually, you will improve your balance skill and learn to adapt to the challenges encountered in nature by instinct.

I know, I know. This method won’t fit all circumstances. Be patient with yourself and know your body. You can use hiking sticks if you wish. 🥰

The spirits of nature protect us and guide us throughout our challenges.

👋Hi, wonderful gypsies...

This is a mix of different hikes from the past 2 months.
The more I create Outdoor Adventure Content the more I feel like an Earth Ambassador ❤️‍🔥.

Yeah, I know what you’re thinking 🤭, I always tend to emphasize everything I do.

However, that happens with negative things too. For example, hiking on a loose rock terrain or a situation I might perceive as negative or just before hitting the sharing button on social media. All is well hidden behind a smile 😅.

That’s just a stress response, but I like to think of it as my way of assessing the risks. After that short dissociation, I reassure myself and I keep focus on the present moment.

It’s easier said than done, but it’s ok. It’s just another endurance challenge that will help me grow. 💪🏽
