AB LINER in VISAYAS? 🤔

Seen here is AB Liner Hyundai AeroSpace LS bus from Tagbilaran to Pasay. For a brief time in 2011, nagkaroon ng byahe from Pasay to TAGBILARAN, BOHOL ang AB Liner (YES, Bohol Island in Visayas!).

AB Liner Inc. (also known as 'Mandigma') is a well-known bus company that operates between Quezon Province and Metro Manila, with its headquarters in Guinyangan, Quezon. Paano kaya sila nakaabot sa rutang 'to? Meron ba silang biniling franchise noon from other bus companies or nag-apply lang sila ng Special Permit?

Nagbubungkal ako sa old flickr account ko nang makita ko 'to sa 'favorites' tab. Can anyone shed some light on this?
