October is here, and so is the bounty of seasonal produce! 🍂✨ This month, stock up on nutrient-packed veggies and fruits that nourish your body and boost wellness. Brussels sprouts are great for reducing inflammation, while sweet potatoes and pumpkin are loaded with beta-carotene for glowing skin and eye health. Beets and grapes promote heart health, and apples and cabbage are perfect for digestion support. Don’t forget your leafy greens—collards are full of bone-strengthening vitamins! And winter squash? One year ago I returned back to work after my maternity leave, and I was gutted to spend time away from my daughter. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my job (event coordinator), company (missions nonprofit), and everyone I work with, but becoming a Mom (within 4 hours mind you - not even overnight) really changed me! My whole world changed for the better. I had a little baby to bond with and take care of.

So, I started searching and praying for a way to be able to stay home with her full time and create an income online. God answered that prayer and I am so excited to share about it!

I have partnered with a company where I am surrounded by like-minded health-conscious people (with lots of mamas with the same goals as myself) and we represent a wellness tool that I use all day, everyday!

I am building a business that will allow me to be a stay at home mom, eventually homeschool, and be able to be the present mom I dream to be ❤️

Share with someone who wants to eat more seasonally! I am always surprised to see citrus is a winter season fruit 🍊 Take a look at this list! So many veggies and fruits that are packed with nutrients. I believe God really planned this out, knowing we need more nutrients in the winter because it's cold and we don't get as much sunshine. Arugula, spinach, and kale are all in season this month. Make a yummy salad or add these greens to your soup (maybe not the arugula?)! 😋
