Merry Christmas everyone. Hey everyone. I was asked by several folks what time they should start their brisket cook for memorial day. WGo get yalls asses a good prime brisket from Sam's or your local butcher shop and get it ready to start cooking by at least 8 .8am Sunday so you can rest it overnight.
