What is important? IQ or EQ

Intelligence quotient is the ability of someone to interact with his or her brain nerves very well. This can include also being good in numeric.

Emotional Quotient is how well a person can control their emotions and interact with their emotions. This EQ goes in hand with personality traits and confidence.

IQ does not matter the way we think, there are certain things a degree can't get for you Such as love and Friends. EQ is what is more important, being able to engage and interact with people with ability to understand every character there is in the world. I mean think about it what do y'all think an interview is for?
A degree can't answer your interview questions can it?

In conclusion, EQ is important in life because researchers have proven that people with EQ are likely to succeed better than people with high IQ.

Does school teach intelligence?

In my opinion, school tests your memory not intelligence.For instance they give you a diagram when it gets to an exam they miss out a few labels. School can't teach you how to think or solve life problems. Got to admit math does.

That's why people with no distinction out smart people with 7 distinction at work. That's because you cannot study on how to solve work problem.

In conclusion, there are people who are good when it comes to cram work or work with books. So that does not prove intelligence it shows you have knowledge. But someone who is good in terms of solving problems without having to read about that challenge...thats intelligence

What is intelligence

Well I would personally say that intelligence is that ability of a brain to part take in a certain content using its pattern.

I'm sure someone is surprised why I did not mention numeric, well don't be. That's because intelligence does not only focus on numeric but even someone who sings or draws is intelligence.

Is Academic Intelligence really needed for Intelligence?

If we look at the people who are successful such as Cassper Nyovest they did not make it to university. But yet he owns businesses and controls people who went to school for more than 15 years and tells them when to come to work. In my opinion getting a degree is more like getting under someone's house. You expected to do the duties at the owners required time and he or she tells you what you earn.

Yes school is Essential in life...but if school had ended in earlier grade like Grade 7...Someone could go to college and learn a skill and apply that skill and earn money. I feel like it's a waste of the governments money for someone to go to school for 12 years then after failing matric he or she sits and do nothing. If after grade 7 he or she went and learnt a certain skill in collage for 6 month and got a job or open a business bases on the skill he or she learnt.with that Time and resources is Saved 🫶
