When Jesus saw a man who had suffered from a prolonged condition and asked him why he had not received his healing, the man replied: “Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; while I am on my way, someone else gets down there before me.” —John 5:7 Truly, destiny fulfillment is not just God dependent but also men dependent.
