HappySaturday Everybody. How is everyone i hope you are all doing well and in good shape. First of all i would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to all those who likes, commented on my post, sent heart and star. And also to all viewers and followers to my newly opened fb page. Thank you all so much. God bless us all.
Today I wanted also to share to all of you mga ka reels or mga co creators this recipe beef steak in vegan. In the Philippines we usually call this Beef tapa. I bought it from the store already sliced in chunks. In order to make it more tasty i marinated the beef with one egg, flour and cornstarch before frying. Afterfrying i start to fry onions, garlic and ginger together with green and red bell pepper, . The spices i used are chinese soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey, vinegar, bellpepper powder and chili flakes, salt and pepper and water. The side dish is rice and fried egg and sesame seeds on top.
