TRUE LOVE!
What is true love?
What God says about love is pretty different from what a lot of people think. What God says tells us that TRUE LOVE IS PATIENT, KIND, and LOYAL; NEVER JEALOUS, BOASTFUL, or PROUD. TRUE LOVE IS NOT SELFISH or RUDE. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable and does not hold grudges. True love hardly even notices when others do it wrong and is always happy when truth wins.
We can all use more of that kind of love!

NOTHING LIKE JOY!
There's nothing quite like the joy that God gives us!
Joy is not a feeling based on what is happening to or around you. Instead, it is the confident expectation of what God will do for you and how much He loves you. What does that mean? You know that God is going to come through for you; no matter what, He will work it out. GOD IS BIGGER THAN EVERYTHING! Now, that's something to rejoice about!

GOD'S LOVE IS REAL!
People often try to figure out if God is real. They look here and there, trying to find proof that He exists. But the best way to know that He exists is to know Him and receive His love in your heart.
God's love is real, and it's meant for you. In fact, God loves you so much that He sent His only Son to give His life for you so that you could be a part of His family and live with Him and Jesus forever in heaven.
Once you've felt God's love, there can be no doubt that His love is real, and He is too!

HAPPINESS AND HONESTY!
Have you ever said something that wasn't true?
When you did, we're you sorry for what you said? Probably so. When we're dishonest, we make ourselves unhappy in surprising ways. We can feel guilty, or the truth might come out, and we end up disappointing others and God. It's not hard to see that lies always cause more problems than they solve.
But happiness and honesty go hand in hand. If you choose to be truthful, you can choose to be happy!

WANT MORE PATIENCE?
Are you perfectly patient with others?
If so, great! But most of us have a hard time being patient sometimes. So if that's true to you, it's good to know that God is ready and willing to help you become a more patient person.
The Bible promises that when you ask for God's help, He will give you the things you need and that includes patience! So the next time you're in a big hurry or tired of waiting, ask God for help. He will give you the patience you need.

NOTHING LIKE FAMILY!
There is nothing like family. In fact, having loving, kind, and healthy families was always God's plan.
God knew that no family would be perfect and that's ok. The important thing is to keep loving each other and helping each other's back no matter what.
What's even more exciting is that God wants all of us to be part of His own family, and that's why He sent Jesus. There's nothing better than that!

Whatever your dream may be, for now, or in the future, anything is possible!
What others say about you, or even what you think about yourself, is not what you should count on. Instead, believe what God says about you! And God says in the Bible that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE WITH HIM. HE'S GOT GREAT PLANS FOR YOU! And GOD NEVER QUITS or GIVES UP ON YOU!
Put your faith in God and believe He wants what's best for you!

THE BEST WAY!
God has huge things in store for you and knows the perfect moment for His plans to happen. Is God's "perfect moment" the same as yours? Maybe, but sometimes we have to be patient and wait.
For most people being patient is really hard. We usually want what we want right now! But God's ways are different from ours and His is always best. It's worth the wait for things to happen at just the right time.
So if God asks you to wait... then wait. And wait some more if you need to. You will be glad you did!

Have you ever loved someone so much that you were willing to do anything for them?
God was willing to do everything for us! He held nothing back even His son. That's how much God loves you.
So how big is God's love for you? It's not easy to describe or understand. But it's much bigger than anything you can imagine.

Jesus told us that we should be generous with people, but there are times when we don't feel much like sharing. We want to keep the nice things we have all to ourselves. But God doesn't want selfishness to rule our hearts; He wants us to share and give generously.
God doesn't want us to love our stuff more than people. After all, that's not a very happy way to live.
Are you blessed to have nice things? If so, don't hold back, share your blessings with others. You might be surprised how happy it will make you feel!

There are lots of things that can make you unsure of the best things to do: work, relationships with family and friends, new places, and activities. But God promised He would give us wisdom when we ask, and He really wants to help you. So whenever you have a problem, take a moment and pray and ask God to help you. He loves to help!

One of the first things we learn is how to say "please" and "thank you". But sometimes we can forget to be thankful for the things we have.
It is important to remember to thank God for everything He has done for you. After all, there are so many things to be thankful for! Your home, your family, your friends, your church, or even your school or your work! And most importantly, THE GREAT LOVE THAT GOD HAS FOR YOU.

WINNING FOR GOD!
The world we live in cares a lot about winning and being the very best.
But the kingdom of God works differently!
Jesus said that if you want to be the "FIRST", we have to be willing to be the "LAST" and help others. And you can be the one to give it! But if we want to really know God and follow Him, we can't always think about ourselves.
There will always be someone who needs kindness, help or encouragement. And you can be the one to give it! You might be the very person God needs to help change someone's life. Now that's winning!

The Bible tells us we should love our neighbor as ourselves, but who is God talking about?
Neighbors can be people who live on your street or in your neighborhood, but that's not all. Your neighbor is anyone that God brings across your path. They are the people you go to work with, the people in your church, the people in the check out line at the store and even those who live in other places!
Wherever you meet your neighbors, you can show your neighbors love in all kinds of ways. So who is your neighbor today?
