INGREDIENTS:
Homemade paneer
Elaichi powder
Sugar
Little ghee

1. Mash paneer coarsely
2. Heat the mixture in a thick bottom pan. Cook the mixture on medium flame.
3. Add elaichi powder & sugar.
4. Cook on medium flame with constant stirring until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
5. Remove from the flame and spread onto a greased plate. Sprinkle elaichi powder. Cool and cut into squares.
