I was talking to a family member yesterday and they were dealing with some difficulties. 5 years ago a friend took their life away. If any of you are going through difficult times, need someone to talk with. I am here, and there is help. Taking your life is not the answer, as you are loved and will be missed. You are special, and always remember that Diamonds are created under extreme pressure. Happy Monday!! Hope you all find yourselves doing well today and make this the best day and week you possibly can. Remember that everything we do is a choice, from getting up, greeting someone, being nice or mean, working out, what we eat, and the list goes on. The thing we don't realize is that every choice we have made up until today is what has gotten us to the point in our life we are in. No matter how big or small that choice has been, it's had some part in our journey that has gotten us to this point. What's even more interesting and amazing is the fact that it's our own unique journey that not a single person will ever take except for ourselves. Even if you are in a bad, desperate or dark situation know that you still have a choice. It might get worse before it gets better, but it can't stay that way forever and better times will come. Live, Love and enjoy each and every single part of your journey as one day it will come to and end. Hopefully you can share that journey with the rest of us and the world to inspire others. Love You All and be safe out there.

It's been a while since I've written anything on here. I have always wondered if all my work, efforts, and things I've done had even been the right path. At times I've felt like I used people to get where I am today, and at times like I was going no where. I've realized that all the choices I have made in my life have helped me grow and become the person I am today. It has allowed me to be where I am today and that bigger and better things await. I've made great friends along the way, and have had amazing mentors and people who gave me the opportunity that everyone else didn't. I've heard so many "NO," that's not for you, you'll never become anything, you're stupid, that's not gonna take you anywhere, and the list goes on. Yet, until today I have kept fighting, difficult at times but ignored all that and went my path. It doesn't matter how you do it, we are all different and we all have a specific destination, we all have a purpose in life to accomplish. It's up to each one of us to find that purpose and make a difference in the world. We can chose to make it happen, or chose to not make it happen. Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and all those people we might look up to also had a choice and look at where they are. So, what choice will you make today, tomorrow and the day after that? Believe and you can do anything, but do it your way because that's who you are. Love You all.

I hope you all find yourselves doing well. I want each one of you to know that you are amazing and appreciated. If any of you are going through a situation, having issues, not doing your best and someone ask you how you are doing. Be honest and look for help. We are human, and we can only take so much before we break. It doesn't make you weak, less, or any negative thing you can think to be honest, open and ask for help or advice. Pitbull has a saying in one of his songs "Ask for Money, Get Advice. Ask for Advice, get Money Twice." Asking for help, advice will only make your stronger, better, and you will develop tools for future hardships. I am here if any of you need me. Love You All, and if someone close to you is being different, ask them what's up before it's too late.

This quote made me think of me and running. I learned a lot from running, the more I pushed myself the harder it got. My brain, body would scream at me NO MORE, STOP WE CAN'T KEEP GOING! Yet, when I pushed past that point and kept fighting against my brain and body is when I realized how much more I could do. Even better was when I finished a race, workout and not even 5 to 10 minutes after did I know and realize I could have pushed more and done better.

Whatever your struggles, dreams, obstacles you might encouter. Keep pushing yourself, and fight for what you believe in. Things will get better, and what is on the other side is worth more than anything else that might keep you from reaching those goals and dreams. Take the time to meditate, reflect on things, and correct anything that might need correcting.
