So... This is Laura, I seemed to have messed up our audio for our next episode that was supposed to come out this Friday 12/9/22 😬

Happy Halloween everyone! If you're feeling under the weather or stressed about all the children and preteens, you know they do it, trick or treaters. Here's a little fixer-uper for anxiety.
Hide.
No really... I mean it. HIDE.
Find a blanked, towel or rock and just cover yourself for a full 60 seconds. This helps reduce chaotic stress of what is yet to come. It usually helps. It triggers our childhood instincts as it was something that made us feel safe when we were young.
