Love him or loath him, many of us went to School with him or know him from Hazelwick.

He is really nice guy.

To handle the job, the criticism, the pressure and still be the most successful British Manger of England...

I have to salute that.

He must have balls to fill a skip. Therefore, despite us not playing like Brazil which we never have, imagine what he might achieve if we was all behind him, regardless of style.

We are proud to announce that there is another screening of the Documentary A Culture Of Abuse? Featuring Dino Nocivelli from Leigh Day who successfully prosecuted the 2 s*xual abuse cases featured.

As attorney's for Lioness 1, Nikki Claire O'Donnell who went public with her trauma to help others come forward and Lioness 2 'Kirsty' (not her real name) who's bravery at such a young age needs commending, Leigh Day were able to successfully concluded both cases within 18 months.

Their involvement in a highly sensitive documentary about s*xual abuse within our culture is the nucleus of the documentary. In addition we have to give massive praise to Jessica Philpott whose bravery to come forward to support the gymnasts involved with her own terrifying story is another reason so many now know the truth about Stan Wild. Nuff respect Jess!

Compared to the immense courage shown by all the above, Nicky Webster's intense knowledge of the Stuart Woods case and subsequent knowledge of the history within our sport. In addition getting her long time colleague Daren Norman to appear to reveal David Shadeck's grooming behaviour may seem insignificant, but John Jones from Longtail films said 'She is the narrative Carlton. Without Nicky's input, there's no Shadeck, no Daren Norman, no you, in short the second half of the documentary could not be made'.

As for me, I'm just a man trying to stop Gymnast X not being abused today or tomorrow. So my statement of somewhere right now in a gym, a kid is being verbally abused, physically abused, or god forbid s*xually abused today right now. Fact....

***Stop The Press, British Gymnastics Go Public with an ICP***😮

1. British Gymnastics has decided to publish the outcome of an appeal decision of the Independent Complaints Process (ICP) Appeal Panel issued earlier this month.

The appeal by British Gymnastics, was against a decision of an ICP Case Panel which held that disciplinary cases under the ICP Protocol were arbitral subject to the Arbitration Act 1996 and therefore a six year limitation period for consideration of complaints.

If this decision had been accepted any conduct which took place more than six years before the commencement of proceedings under the ICP Protocol would be time-barred and likely to be dismissed.

2. The “firm conclusion” of the ICP Appeal Panel was that the decision of the ICP Case Panel was WRONG.
The ICP Appeal Panel found that the ICP Protocol proceedings are not arbitral and not subject to a limitation period.
The Appeal Panel said that If the ICP Case Panel’s conclusions were adopted they would undermine the stated purpose of the ICP Protocol, which is expressly to deal with concerns which were historic in nature.

Well it looks like BG agree that no abuse is historic and doing away with the 6 year time bond. Let's keep shouting loud guy's dare i say they are listening? 😍

Dear head of TeamGym.

I have a few questions from our community.

As you were informed of Stuart Woods arrest for s*x offences against 3 minors in October 2019...

1. What involvement did you have, allowing him, 'whilst on bail' to manage from afar?

2. What safety measures did you put in place to protect the gymnasts and coaches whilst he was managing and appearing at events?

3. What was you involvement, in allowing him access, to children in the car park outside a British Gymnastics competition?

4. What was your involvement in him being able to live stream via a coach from your tournament?

5. Who set up the group where he had access to bare chested minors for triple assessments?

6. Why did he still have access to that group whilst in jail on remand?

7. Who started the rumour of Disgruntled Child?

8. Have you apologised to the abused survivor or their family yet?

9 Do you still think he is innocent?

35 British Gymnastics coaches Expelled in the last 11 years! 🤯😲🤢🤬🤬🤬

That's a massive 3.18 British Gymnastics coaches get 'Expelled' every year!!!

Worse yet, 19 of those expelled coaches, have 'Criminal Convictions'.

That's a ratio of 1.73 Criminal Convictions per year. 😲

This needs addressing now. BG need governance now. This has to stop! 😤🤬🤬🤬

Establish Independent Oversight for British Gymnastics

Background:
British Gymnastics plays a crucial role in nurturing young talent and promoting the sport of gymnastics across the United Kingdom. However, recent revelations have shed light on concerning issues within the organization, particularly regarding the safety and well-being of gymnasts, especially minors. The lack of independent oversight and accountability within British Gymnastics has allowed instances of abuse to go unreported and unaddressed, posing significant risks to the athletes involved.

Proposal:
We, the undersigned, call upon the UK government to establish independent oversight for British Gymnastics by appointing an independent sports ombudsman. This independent body would be tasked with overseeing the governance and operations of British Gymnastics to ensure the safety, well-being, and rights of gymnasts are protected.

Rationale:
The current lack of independent oversight within British Gymnastics has contributed to a culture of silence and non-reporting of abuse. Despite numerous allegations and concerns raised over the years, the organization's internal mechanisms have failed to adequately address these issues, leading to a lack of accountability and justice for victims.

Statistics:
Since 1994, a total of 37 British gymnastics coaches have been convicted of various offenses, with an average of 1.23 coaches convicted per year. However, the alarming trend is the increase in convictions in recent years, with 19 convictions recorded since 2013, equating to an average of 1.72 coaches convicted per year during this period. These statistics highlight the urgent need for independent oversight to address the systemic issues within British Gymnastics and protect the athletes under its care.

Call to Action:
By establishing independent oversight through the appointment of an independent sports ombudsman, we can ensure that British Gymnastics is held accountable for its actions and decisions. This independent body would provide a safe and confidential avenue for gymnasts, coaches, and other stakeholders to report concerns, seek redress, and hold the organization accountable for any wrongdoing.

Conclusion:
The safety and well-being of gymnasts, especially minors, should be paramount in British Gymnastics. By establishing independent oversight, we can create a safer and more transparent environment for gymnasts to thrive and fulfil their potential without fear of abuse or exploitation. We urge the UK government to take action and prioritize the establishment of an independent sports ombudsman for British Gymnastics without delay.

Dino Nocivelli breaks down the reasons why. Dino, a partner of Leigh Day Law Firm, one of if not, the best abuse law firm in the country, (IMHO) has successfully prosecuted many abuse cases and we are truly lucky to have him share his vast knowledge with our community.

One could argue, a new conviction for every Podcast. (Gymnasts' Voice Podcast 3 Tomorrow night 8.30pm).

Furthermore what did Mathew Doulas do to get a 2 year sports ban? We know rapists, that are just down as Safeguarding!

We already had enough content with the ICP, Gymnasts leaving the elite squad, David Kenwright's departure after his narcissistic email, Aaron Priors Knowledge of Stuarts allowance to coach from afar whilst on bail and the questions to our star guest Dino Nocivelli.

However, it would be foolish to not add the new 'Banned list' updates to the agenda. BG's timing could not be better.🤣🤣🤣

After being arrested, the decision was made to allow 'STUART WOODS' GB TeamGym coach 'TO MANAGE FROM AFAR' Whilst on bail for s*x offences against MINOR'S. 😲🤢
