Customer service is equally as important building great boats. In our first 2 years in the industry we have maintained 100% happy customers....but there will always be people that are impossible to please. There are people that seek out new companies to take advantage of them, and there are people that other companies refuse to do business with from previous experience with them (some people are both). We have encountered one of these guys. First he demanded things that were not on the build sheet (Custom cover, Heaters, ect). After taking delivery and happily paying his reduced guide rate, he now wants a free upgrade to a galvanized trailer. He didn't bother to ask though...he demanded...he threatened...he committed Federal Extortion.
Facebook is a great tool to promote a new company, and it is a great platform to use as leverage to extort a new company. Please, if you would share this if you see negative posts, or comments about our company or any new company. We are going to keep building the best boats we can, and keep building the Native Marine family while the Feds and the lawyers do their thing. Thanks to all of those in the industry that have offered their support, advice, and also to the many many group administrators that have vowed support online.
