How do you take care of you muscles after a brutal massage?

I’ve been having issues with my hip lately, which has thrown a wrench in my workouts, not being able to do full body workouts sucks.

Well we found the culprit today while digging (literally) around.

We worked on those pesky back, should and neck muscles that are throwing out the hip muscles.

Then really got to digging into the root of the issue.

Needless to say I’m sore. So I’m soaking in hot water with Epsom salts!

Drop your fav remedies below! I’d love to hear them!!
