As the original bridges spanning the east and west canals of the Trempealeau River on WIS 35/54 began aging, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has embarked on replacements. In order to complete this work WisDOT has partnered with Lunda Construction Company for the $10.42 million contract. See how they have utilized temporary bridges near wetlands and crews working throughout the winter to mitigate traffic impacts.
